Kavita Tanna is a Global Vitality Coach and Co-Founder of Catalyst Learning Labs and USTAWI Global. With a background in business, education, and leadership, Kavita brings a unique approach to transforming learning communities worldwide. She is passionate about integrating social, emotional, and ethical well-being into education, aiming to create harmonious systems where people can thrive.
Kavita’s work focuses on fostering global-mindedness, creativity, and leadership through project-based learning and intercultural experiences. As a consultant and coach, she collaborates with educators, school leaders, and community members, helping them shape environments that inspire growth and innovation.
Her academic work, including a Master of Social Sciences with a focus on transformative learning communities, complements her practical experience in over 22 countries, helping to design schools as centers of well-being and creativity.
Currently co-authoring three books: Unleashing Genius/ Purposeful Learning/ Standing for Justice; Co-created the Educator Vitality Index; Co-founded two non-profit 501c3 organisations: USTAWI Global and Catalyst Learning Labs; Consulted with school and community leaders on 22 time zones on 6 of the 7 continents of the world.
